Payment

You can use the following types of cards: Visa, MasterCard, Arca. Payments are made on a banking website, and shop.4plus.org  does not store or receive any card information. 

Any banking and card transactions are performed outside of nushenamel.am on the banking page. Security is maintained by Inecobank.

Payment is accepted only in AMD.

An invoice for your payment will be sent to you by email shortly after checkout.

Shipping

Dear customers, please note that we can have delays in shipping due to covid-19.

Estimated time for the shipping in Armenia can vary from 10-20 working days. Once a purchase has been made, we will notify you when this product is ready to ship.

Delivery to the regions is carried out through “Haypost” according to the price list set by “Haypost”.

The order will be delivered to the nearest post office.

For international clients

Estimated time for the shipping abroad can vary from 25-30 working days. We can have delays in shipping due to covid-19.

Once a purchase has been made, we will notify you when this product is ready to ship.

Please note that your incoming package may be subject to VAT or other customs fees in your country. These charges are beyond our control or prediction and you will be responsible for paying them. 

Return

Any item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the purchase․

RA and NKR

In case you decide to return or exchange the product, please contact us. If the return application meets our requirements, the buyer presents the product to 4 Plus Yerevan office, after which the money is transferred back to the buyer’s account.

International buyers

In case of return or exchange, please contact us. If the return application meets our requirements, the buyer sends us his ID, the payment receipt, after which the money is transferred back to the buyer’s account.

Requirements

If the item you received is damaged, please notify us immediately at info@4plus.org and return the item. In this case, at your discretion, you can request a refund or exchange of goods for another similar product.

If you want to exchange the product, please inform us at info@4plus.org, and only after our confirmation, pack the product appropriately and  send it to the specified address. Delivery fees will be charged for shipping any required goods.

The products that the Post Office has returned to us 3 times, will be accepted as returned products, and only the shipping amount will be charged.

To return, your product must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition as you received it. You will be reimbursed according to the price of the product. Refunds on returns will be issued on the price of the merchandise. If the purchase is made in a currency other than AMD, the refund will be based on the daily rate of the purchase date.. 

Upon receiving the returned product and studying it in detail, we will inform you about receiving it. In case of refund, after some clarifications, the money will be returned to your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your Bank first as your refund may take long to process.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@4plus.org.

4Plus does not cover the shipping costs of the returned product, that is, the shipping fee is paid by the customer.

Items that are returned to us as non-deliverable by HayPost or returned after 3 delivery attempts will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon the request of an order reshipment.
